Terms & Conditions
To all our services and (other) activities the Dutch Forwarding Conditions (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), including the arbitration clause, latest version, filed with the register of the Court in Rotterdam, are applicable, except where we act as a shipbroker in which case the General Shipbrokers Conditions (Algemene Nederlande Cargadoorsvoorwaarden), including the arbitration clause, latest version, filed with the register of the Court in Rotterdam, are applicable. In case of doubt the Dutch Forwarding Conditions shall prevail.
